Tom Kerridge is chef patron at the Hand & Flowers in Marlow, which he opened with wife Beth in Spring 2005. He was previously head chef at Adlards in Norwich (one Michelin star), and previously to that Tom cooked at London restaurants including Odettes, Rhodes in the Square, Stephen Bull and The Capital.
Q: How do you think you could inspire young people to take an interest in their food and diet?
A: With enthusiasm for raw ingredients and great produce

A: A sharp knife, my big stove and a pan
